Period of validation

If you set a period, all verifications will be shown as "invalid", in case verification timestamp is older than the set period. If field is empty, all verifications will remain valid. We recommend a period of 3 months. Format: 14 Days = 14D; 3 Months = 3M

Your VAT registration no.

For a VAT validation your own VAT registration no. must be set in the company information page. You can set the number below. The field is only editable if you have the right permission to modify the company information.

FactBox Integration

Info boxes can be displayed for a manual check of the master data. During the initial installation, the following info boxes are automatically displayed. You can change the settings at any time in the setup page.

Then finish the wizard. The Comsol USt-ID help center page opens.

The information in the setup wizard can also be changed later. To do this, start the wizard again or make your changes using the setup page.

Register General

Response "D" is valid
This setting relates to the Comsol USt-ID entries. If part of the address receives the response "D", the address is assessed as invalid. If this field is set, then the address is considered to be valid. Response "D" means that this part of the address was not reported to the BZSt and therefore cannot be validated.

Period of validity
When the period of validity is set, a validated data record is displayed as "invalid" in the info box after the specified time. If no period of validity is specified, the result of the last validation is retained in the info box. We recommend a duration of 3 months. Format: 14 days = 14D; 3 months = 3M

Register System
